The parking deck

Originally built as a hotel, the building has housed both soldiers and refugees. In 1998 it was bought by an investor, the old parking spaces were removed, and in their place thirteen modern flats with teak fronts were built. The inner courtyard was transformed into a communal garden. It is not difficult to understand why Claus Jensen fell in love with the intriguing contrast between the green garden and the rough grey building from the 1970s.
